Description

This organic oil is produced exclusively with olives harvested at the right level of maturity and pressed immediately in our farm mill.

A moderately well-fruited oil that goes well with any dish.
Golden yellow in colour, dense and clear to the eye, it meets the nose with citrusy then grassy and tomato notes. The flavour is well-fruited with a good vegetable quality. Sage, thistle and artichoke can be discerned.
